Cheryl is an experienced real estate sales person in her own right having been referred to a ‘ninja’ negotiator by many of her past clients in the past 20 years she has been selling.
With a strong background in marketing prior to entering real estate where she was a marketing and brand manager for a high profile retail company. She has had many other roles in customer service and administration in the early years and is a genuine ‘all rounder’ when it comes to co-ordinating every aspect of the listing and sale process.
Cheryl has an innate ability to ‘read between the lines’ when negotiating between sellers and buyers. She says “the outcome needs to be a win win for all’ this philosophy has seen Cheryl pull together many outstanding deals for her clients which has resulted in some of the highest sale prices on record.
When Cheryl is not engaged in selling, she can be found spending time with her son Luca, pottering in the garden, or snapping photo’s being an avid photographer. A nature lover at heart, Cheryl’s green fingers are evident when you see the results from her vege garden.
